Rumenco prides itself on employing and investing in people who are passionate about both their role and agriculture – after all the people in our business are integral to our success, no matter their role. 

Our aim at Rumenco is to ensure our field-based team are able to support and advise from merchants through to end users via a combination of practical and technical experience.  Our team are all members of the Feed Advisers Register (FAR) ensuring the solutions and advice they offer is not only practical and complementary to farming practices but also sustainable.

Commercial Team

Andy Dallyn

Commercial Manager

Andy joined Rumenco in 2019 as the Commercial Manager.
Andy has a long standing history in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry in sales and management, spending a large part of his career advising & selling medicines to farmers, merchants and veterinarians.
He was brought up in a farming family and has a small flock of pedigree sheep. Andy is passionate about helping to improve flock & herd health and performance

Devina Pemberton

Area-Business Manager for Shropshire and Mid Wales

Devinia began her career with Rumenco in 2014 after graduating from Harper Adams University with a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture with Animal Science. Devinia began as a Formulation Technician providing technical support and advice to  farmers and agricultural merchants and moved to the Sales team as an Area Business Manager for Shropshire and Mid Wales in 2024.

Hanna Webber

Key Account Manager

Hanna joined Rumenco in March 2023, supporting and managing National Key Account groups.

Prior to working for Rumenco, Hanna spent 7 years working for a commercial team in the pet food industry.

Outside of work, Hanna lives with her family on a dairy Farm in Devon – Hanna has a particular interest in the dairy industry and animal health overall.

Ross Sibbald

Area Business Manager for Scotland

Ross began his career in sales with Scottish Agricultural Industries back in 1989 whilst studying for an OND in Agriculture at Oatridge College. He joined Rumenco in 1999 and works predominantly on farm with beef and sheep farmers supporting them in maximising performance from forage as well as identifying potential mineral deficiencies and advising suitable supplementation strategies.

In his spare time Ross enjoys tinkering with Land Rovers and loves to travel. If he was ever to have his own farm he would like to run a herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle.

Ian Lewis

Area Business Manager for South Wales

Ian has been with Rumenco since the start of his agricultural career in 1985. He has lived on his family farm in Llandovery since birth working with sheep and beef cattle from a young age and still runs a flock of cross-bred ewes.

As well as his lifelong experience in livestock farming, Ian has a HND in Agriculture from Aberystwyth Agricultural College.

Chris Dawes

Area Business Manager for South West England

Chris has been an Area Business Manager for Rumenco since 2008 and has a National Diploma in Agriculture from Berkshire College of Agriculture. Before joining Rumenco, Chris worked on beef, sheep and dairy farms throughout the 1980’s before progressing to help manage a family owned animal feed retailer and latterly working for a number of agricultural manufacturers and retailers giving him many years of experience within the agricultural sector.

In his spare time, he enjoys boat trips with his family.

Paul Beddoes

Area Business Manager for North/Mid Wales and Shropshire

Paul has been an Area Business Manager for Rumenco since 1993. He has many years’ experience working within the agricultural sector including working on a sheep and beef farm from the age of 18. Prior to working for Rumenco Paul managed a country store in Shropshire for 10 years before going on to work for a ruminant feed business for 6 years.

Paul has also been involved with agrichemicals and animal health previously.

Stuart Linnen

Area Business Manager for The Midlands & South East

Rumenco Area Business Manager for Midlands & North of England. Moved into Agriculture retail to manage a Country Store in 2001 before joining Rumenco in 2019.

Customer Services

Karen Kinson

Customer Service Manager

Karen began her career at Rumenco in 1989, initially came on board from Secretarial College and worked as a Secretary within the Technical Team.  In 2000 was transferred to the Customer Services Team as Customer Services Co-Ordinator .  Karen manages customer interactions, resolving issues and contributing to the overall customer satisfaction.


Dr Alison Bond

Technical Services Manager

Alison began her career with Rumenco in 2006 providing nutritional support to merchant retailers and farmers on a global basis. Alison has a broad range of qualifications including a BSc (Hons) in Animal Nutrition and Biochemistry awarded from Nottingham University, an MSc in Animal Nutrition from Aberdeen University and a PhD in Dairy Nutrition through Harper Adams University.

Alison also has a particular interest in calves and youngstock.

Christopher Wheatley

Technical Advisor

Chris joined Rumenco in 2023 as a Technical Formulations Associate with 3 and a half years of experience in the industry. Chris has held previous roles within formulations which has helped hone his skills for creating and managing the diets in the Rumenco product range to a high standard, from both manufacturing and nutritional aspects. Chris holds an MSc in Animal Nutrition from the University of Nottingham and BSc in Animal Biology from Nottingham Trent University. Outside of work Chris enjoys watching football, gyming and hiking outdoors.

Sophie Thorpe 

Technical Advisor

Sophie joined Rumenco in October 2022 as a Technical Formulator after gaining a BSc (Hons) in Animal Science from Newcastle University and an MSc in Animal Nutrition from Nottingham University. Sophie is particularly interested in using feed additives in ruminant nutrition to balance on-farm productivity, animal health, and performance while reducing emissions as the agricultural industry comes under increasing environmental pressures. In her spare time, Sophie enjoys going for long runs in the sun.

Sarah Gallimore

Technical Advisor

Sarah joined Rumenco in 2022 after gaining a MSc in Animal Nutrition from Nottingham University and a BSc (Hons) in Bioveterinary Science at Harper Adams University. Sarah has particular interests in mineral nutrition, the interactions between nutrition and health and supporting farmers to maximise performance whilst minimising environmental impact. Sarah grew up in the Shropshire countryside and loves nothing more than getting out in the Peak District at the weekends.


Amy Wright

Product Manager

Amy Wright joined Rumenco in 2022 as Product Manager

Amy qualified from Moreton Morrell agricultural college in 2012 and completed her degree in animal science and health in 2014. Amy has worked in the Agricultural industry all her life from commercial farms, agricultural stores and veterinary pharmaceuticals. Amy has a flock of pedigree Dutch Spotted sheep and helps at home on the family farm.

Lauren Higgins

Marketing Assistant

Lauren qualified from the University of Derby with a Masters in Design and has experience in producing creative projects and more recently moved into the world of marketing. Lauren lives in rural North Staffordshire where her family farmed and where she still has close farming links.
